ANITA VIDYAIAYA OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATION, THANNIPUZHA.
OBJECTIVES
1. Foster a sense of friendship among the old students of Anita Vidyalaya.
2. Arrange get together of members and their families.
3. Sponsor Scholarships or Awards to students.
4. Honor Association members for their outstanding achievements.
5. Work for the development of educational standards, facilities and promot excellence in every field of human activity.
6. Work for the development of Arts, Science and Literature.
MEMBERSHIP
Ordinary Member: All students of Anita Vidyalaya, Thannipuzha presented for the public examination are eligible for admission to the Association on submission of the application in the prescribed form and payment of admission fee.
Associate Member: Members in the register of the Association are deemed as Associate members on completion of five years after their membership as ordinary members.
Old Members : All the students presented for S.S.L.C. Examinations from 1986 to 2001 are termed as old Members. They are deemed as Associate Members on completion of five years after their S.S.L.C. appearance.
Subscription : Rs.100/- as admission fee shall be collected along with the application for ordinary membership.
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Executive Committee shall be consist of :
1. Headmistress/Principal of Anita Vidyalaya.
2. P.T.A.President of the school.
3. Representative of High School Teachers.
4. President of the old Students Association of Anita Vidyalaya.
5. Secretary of the old Students Association of Anita Vidyalaya.
6. Nominated members not exceeding two from the ordinary membership of the Association.
MEETING
1. The term of Executive Committee of the Association shall be two years.
2. Executive Committee shall meet at least once in 6 months.
3. General body/Executive Committee of the Association shall be called by the Headmistress/Principal/Old Students Association President.
4. General body meeting shall be called once in two years.
The Anita school intends to keep the 'Old students' network active. Wherever you are in the world, even if you have spent only a year at school, do join the alumni. You would automatically go on to the mailing list.
